[8:28] There’s a Food Truck Festival July 14 in Elm Park. One Worcester-based truck, Kona Ice, will be there. Since 2008, when the City Council responded to a couple of restaurant complaints by increasing restrictions on food trucks, there’s been a sharp drop in their presence in the city. Will those City Councilors who voted for the food truck crackdown picket this event?
